Regret

Everybody has some regret. But people tend to have more regrets about the things that they didn’t do than about the things they did. For example, one common regret is  not having more education; it was something that people missed. Therefore, because it never happened, people can imagine anything (education would have been fabulous, I would have a better job, I would be more confident, I would have met different people, on and on…) That is an example of didn’t do.  Of order viagra no prescription course, there are also regrets about things/people/places that we did/loved/visited but these type of regrets occur less frequently.

Why?

When you regret an action you took; it is finite; you know what happened for example, you married a creep/stayed in a crappy hotel/had too many children/quit your job/used drugs. You know what happened.  When you regret an action you did NOT take, it is infinite. You can imagine all sorts of things so the regret can be far more extensive. Interesting, isn’t it?  Makes you want to go out and be sure that you don’t have too many regrets, no?

This is an interesting thought… like stated I usually think about the didn’t do’s… but I do have some things I have done that I regret…but I don’t think of it that way..I usually grow from them…
