It can’t get any easier than One Step that has been shown to improve your mood. Here it is…drum roll… Go to bed at a reasonable hour and get enough sleep. Well, maybe that’s two steps, or one and a half.
The primary author of the study, Prof. Nota says, “Making sure that sleep is obtained during the right time of day may be an inexpensive…intervention for people who are bothered by intrusive thoughts.”
