Quick, Yummy Memory Boost

Here is the easiest tip I’ve come across in a long time. Eat 13 grams (less than a handful) of walnuts each day – what a hardship!IMG_2783 (1)

The Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging (Arab & Ang, 2014) just published research that showed eating walnuts daily can help improve memory and concentration. This finding held across age, gender, and ethnicity. They had especially good results with participants over the age of 60. Want better cognitive functioning? Here you go… I now have a big bag of walnuts on the kitchen counter.
